Screen Printing

Screen printing is one of the most popular forms of apparel decoration. The ink applied to the garments gives a soft, flexible touch to the decorated area.
A screen is coated and then your design is burned into the screen, so when the ink is applied it only goes through the design area. This is repeated for every color in the design. The items are finally ran through a dryer to set the ink and ensure your items will last you through many many wears and washes.
It is usually the most cost-effective options on orders larger than 20 pieces, when multiple colors are needed or the artwork is very detailed.

Every job is different - therefore pricing isn’t a one size fits all.
Every new design will need to have screens made - one for each color - and an appropriate setup screen fee will be charged.
You will be charged this setup screen fee only once, as long as no changes are made to the design.
Pricing is dependent on these factors:
Number of items
Number of designs
Placement of design(s)
Number of colors (per design)
